Education: B.F.A Ringling College of Art & Design; Major in Illustration - Minor in Photography

Experience: Freelance Illustration, Freelance Photography, Jewelry Design, Bookmaking, Freelance Graphic Design.

Background: Grew up in Dayton Ohio. Loved drawing ever since I can remember. Moved to Sarasota Florida in 1992 where I took art classes until I went to Ringling.

Music: My palette for music is pretty diverse-some artists worth mentioning...Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Dave Matthews, Bob Marley, The Killers, Nelly Furtado, The All American Rejects, Christina Aguilera...and it goes on...

Movies: I have to say Splash because I LOVE MERMAIDS-but here are some other flicks that I could watch over and over (and have!)...Animated: Lord Of The Rings (ALL) Harry Potter (ALL) Corpse Bride, Finding Nemo, Shreck (ALL), Nightmare Before Christmas, The Little Mermaid (of course) The Lion King, Lemony Snickets: A Series of Unfortunate Events, Pirates Of The Caribbean (ALL) What Dreams May Come, Signs. Comedies I adore: Napoleon Dynamite, Wedding Crashers, Old School, Hitch, Bruce Almighty...And tons more to mention...I could name movies all day!

Personal mission statement to client: My goal is to offer the best possible solutions for our clients when it comes to Art and Design. Being a versatile artist, I am confident that my adaptable creations will correspond to the nature of your business.

Favorite Medium: Digital Painting, Digital Illustration, and Photography...but I also enjoy Acrylics and Watercolor.

Silverforrest Studios is a design studio serving the West Coast of Florida. The basic tenet of our philosophy is customer satisfaction. We collaborate with you, our client, to create design solutions that make a statement about who you are. Whether we are developing your website, designing your packaging, or creating your corporate identity, we are dedicated to producing a product that is unique to you and provides market recognition. Our design team includes two alumni from Ringling School of Art and Design, a highly respected art school located in Sarasota, Florida. Another team member, who recently returned to this area, worked several years as a webmaster/designer for an international firm in California. For those who wish to integrate their identity with the design of their office space, we have on staff a designer/decorator with twenty years experience in the field.
